Another successful dish

Cooking club creates another delicious dinner

Today, in cooking club, the children made creamy tuna vegetable pasta.

We boiled the pasta and the vegetables and combined them in the pot.  Whilst it was boiling, the children chopped up some baby tomatoes, using the bridge method, ready to add to the pasta.  They combined the tuna, Italian herbs, garlic powder, chopped tomatoes, then cream cheese and mixed well.

Mrs Chaggar portioned the pasta out into containers whilst the children grated some cheese.  They sprinkled it over the pasta and covered it ready to take home.

There was so much left, they all had a little bowl before going home.  There was even enough to share with Miss Harvey and Miss Maciejewski for their dinner.  They both said it was delicious!
